One cleaning schedule that you could follow may be; you may schedule sweeping on Monday, mop on Tuesday, dusting on Wednesday, wash linens and towels on Thursday, declutter on Friday, deep clean on Saturday, and enjoy a clean home on Sunday. The best time to do this would be as soon as you get in from school or work. Once you sit and start to relax, it can be hard to find the motivation to get back up at cleaning spree and start cleaning the rooms, even if it is only for a few minutes. Having a timer set will provide more motivation than just trying to clean for an unknown amount of time.
Maintain a List of What Needs to be Done in Each Room
What you need to clean in the bathroom is going to be very different than what you have to clean when it comes to your bedroom. The best way to ensure that everything is getting cleaned is by having a list of what needs to be done in each room. You can write it on a piece of paper or simply you can keep the to-be list in your mind or paste it at the back of a door in each room.

Since everything should be picked up, the deep clean shouldn’t take too long time. Depending on the factor that how big is your home, the deep cleaning can take a time span from 30 minutes to a few hours.
Believe in The Power Of “Speed Cleaning”
If you have had a long day and just can’t imagine picking up the mop, then you can just do a quick speed clean. Just take two to five minutes and pick up anything that might have become misplaced throughout the day. As long as you are picking up the messes that you are making, then sometimes that is all you can do.
