Remove Grease Stains by Using Iron:

  • Take an iron and adjust it to a low heat setting.Adjust the temperature of the iron ranging from low to medium. After that put the clean soft cloth over the grease stained area and start ironing this cloth so that the iron melts the grease on the wood. The grease will melt and will gradually come off the wood table and will get absorbed in the cloth.Continue this process till the grease stain disappears completely.

Remove Grease Stains by Using Vinegar and Washing Liquid:

  • For wooden surfaces, blot up all the excess grease from the surface using a clean cloth or rag. Then make a mixture of white vinegar and warm water. Soak a sponge in this cleaning solution and apply to grease stained area. Move the sponge in circular motion hence it does not spread to any other areas. Continue the process till the stain starts disappearing or fading.
  • Afterwards, take a spray bottle and pour one teaspoon of dish washing liquid with warm water in it. Spray it on the stained area.Allow this liquid to set for 5 to 10 minutes and again rub the sponge in a circular motion.Once the grease stain has gone satisfactorily wipe the wooden surface with a clean cloth.
