Description

A modern four storied building with composite elements. On first floor a balcony comes out which has glass railing and is covered by a cantileverd structure of steel sections. The ceiling is wooden claded with spotlight fixed into it. Other two floors has a combination of brick and cement cladding imitating a modern perspective of ying and yang with series of vertical columns dividing them. The cement panel has a through-and-through slit while the brick panel has jali pattern. Same jali pattern is continued in the stair cabin wall. Same jali is made on the compound wall also. The mid landings have plater troughs with greens oozing out of them.
