01. Great for Big Family:
It is Efficient for large or medium sized kitchen. It can also provide plenty of access to work in a separate area, if you have larger family.
02. Well Organized:
Three sided working tops can easily divide the kitchen into multiple work sites.
03. Free Traffic Flow:
Disruption to work zones gets minimized. It allows your Guests/Family to walk through without getting into your (cook) way.
04. Plenty of Counter or Platform Space:
Three walls are used with counter space which can easily create a dining area if it is open to the rest of the house.
No need to have a Kitchen island or extra counter for cooking, as there is plenty of space to work freely in kitchen.
05. Flexible Layout:
Layout works well for the kitchens that are in between 3.00 to 5.50 meter or 10 to 18 feet wide.
01. Requires an Open Kitchen Plan:
If one does not have large amount of floor space, it become congested and even worse if a Kitchen island is provided.
02. Not Competent for Larger Kitchens without a Kitchen Island:
Providing a Kitchen island in very large kitchen can keep work areas conveniently close.
03. Not Efficient for Kitchens less than 3.00 meter or 10 feet Wide:
We need enough space for work centres, at least 1 meter or 42″ in front of each counter or platform.
04. Corner Base Cabinets can be Difficult to Access:
They become hard to reach unless we use the accessories to enhance its functionality.
