Mr. Ritesh leads the 1 MNT & 3 IN 1 Software Development job at SDCPL. 1 MNT is “Software Based Service” and “The first in Industry” software that generates exact quantities and bills for contractor’s from basic CAD based drawings. It is going to be a game changer for building construction professionals. The software apart from Bill of Quantities and Measurement sheet generates tons of data as “Management Information System” acting as an innovative tool, eliminating cumbersome and costly process of bill preparation by civil building contractors. It provides detailed profit and escalation analysis on “Day Zero” with management report / data for right project management, controlling cost and profit. 3 IN 1 software is also a software that helps to create Rate analysis of construction items and operates backend platforms of various calculators for the gharpedia website.
He has been the key person in design and development of 1 MNT.in with founders. It was because of his excellent analytical skill with sound engineering knowledge of market, he is a part of the core team of the 1 MNT software along with the founders since its inception. He leads the team of Civil engineers for development of 1MNT software.
He is also one of the member of team for strategic planning at gharpedia. He leads the house construction, materials, concrete, service MEP, repair maintenance blogging and gear calculators at gharpedia. Besides editing, he also undertakes and supervises the activities like Content Writing, Website Monitoring & Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), etc. at gharpedia.
The gharpedia website is the first such site in India and one of the few in world covering all range of blogs related to house and common man. The website also provides directory of construction professionals, Collection the “Best Home Designs”, virtual exhibition of construction materials and different calculators for the cost estimates.
Because of his rich experience of construction, he provides out-of-the-box solution to the team when creating and editing content at gharpedia. It is due to his vast knowledge & practical experience; he has also been assigned to interact with readers& helping them solve their quarries.
His role at SDCPL also includes design of Storm Water Drainage, Water Supply, Sewage Network for city level projects for client like Shapoorjee – Pallonjee, and L&T, etc. for infrastructure projects. He also guides the quantity survey team for estimating, costing for various building and infrastructure projects.
